Job Description
Work Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Duration: 6 months
Must-Have Requirements:
- Own a laptop and mobile phone
- Good internet connectivity
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various social media channels such as LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Conduct company and candidate mapping/headhunting and generate references.
- Engage with prospective candidates, screening them according to the job description and assessment parameters, and create interview panels.
- Coordinate interview line-ups, follow up with candidates, and negotiate salary, designation, and joining dates.
- Prepare daily candidate MIS and maintain records of interviews and the candidate database in Google Sheets.
