Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support:

Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals, company career pages, and social media platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
-
Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate records in the database.
-
Support in drafting offer letters and sending out interview-related communications.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding:
-
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and induction.

Ensure all necessary forms and documents are completed and filed.

Help prepare onboarding kits and company welcome materials.

Support the HR team in conducting exit interviews and collecting feedback from outgoing employees.
3. Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives:

Contribute to planning and organizing employee engagement events such as team-building activities, birthday celebrations, and workshops.

Help draft internal communications such as newsletters, event announcements, and HR updates.

Assist in the implementation of employee feedback surveys and compiling results.
4. HR Operations & Documentation:
-
Maintain employee files, both physical and digital, ensuring all documents are complete and organized.

Update HR databases and spreadsheets with new hire information, leave records, training attendance, etc.

Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures, under guidance.

Support HR with routine administrative tasks like printing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
5. Learning & Development:

Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
-
Gather feedback from training programs and help assess effectiveness.

Update learning records and prepare summary reports for HR review.
