An HR Manager cum Recruiter manages the entire HR spectrum, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and compliance. This role involves sourcing and hiring top talent, developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, and ensuring legal compliance. Key duties include creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, managing employee relations, maintaining performance appraisal systems, and overseeing training programs. Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR systems, and a degree in Human Resources are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the selection process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
- Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
2. HR Policy Development & Compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
3. Employee Engagement & Performance Management
- Develop and execute employee engagement programs to improve workplace morale.
- Oversee performance appraisals, goal setting, and career development initiatives.
- Provide training, coaching, and leadership development programs for employees.
- Implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover rates.
4. Payroll & Compensation Management
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Manage employee benefits, incentives, and compensation structures.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to maintain market competitiveness.
5. Training & Development
- Identify employee training needs and design development programs.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and team-building activities.
- Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
6. HR Data & Reporting
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Generate HR reports on hiring trends, employee turnover, and workforce productivity.
- Provide insights to management on HR analytics and workforce planning.
