Roles and Responsibilities-
1. Enhances the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
2. To look after HR activities for the company- Talent Acquisition & manage the employee life cycle from entry till exit.
3. Ensuring successful completion of onboarding process, all joining formalities and documentation requirements within stipulated timelines.
4. Coordinate execution of various employee welfare activities across departments.
5. Drive the recruitment process at the regional level.
6. Ensure timely recruitment of staff and workers with required skill sets as per approved manpower plan within reasonable costs.
Requirements-
- Must have good command on headhunting via social media.
- Must have experience in recruitment.
- Good Analyzing skills.
- Self-motivational skills are required.
- Good communication skills.
