Job Title :- HR Manager Recruitment
Key Responsibilities :- Have to knowledge about recruiting and hiring of blue caller and white caller labors and employees. Have to knowledge about labor laws, legal compliances, etc.
Skills and Experience Needed :- Have to recruit and hire blue and white caller labors and employees. Have to 09 to 15+ years of experience in recruiting and hiring.
Salary and Benefits :- 50000 to 70000 per month (depends on interview), PT, PF, ESIC.

Nurture a positive working environment

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Maintain pay plan and benefits program

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
