Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to join our growing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and more.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals)
- Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements
- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
- Address employee queries and concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed
Skills/Experience
- 0-1 year of experience in HR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels
- Proactive and results-oriented approach
- Strong organizational and time management skills
