Job Summary
The HR Manager – Recruitment is responsible for managing and leading the entire recruitment lifecycle within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment analytics. The HR Manager – Recruitment will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to meet the organization’s current and future workforce needs.
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and decision-making skills, an in-depth understanding of recruitment trends and tools, and the ability to build a high-performing recruitment function that supports business growth and employee retention.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy

Develop, implement, and continuously improve recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s goals and values.

Collaborate with leadership and department heads to forecast staffing needs and plan talent acquisition activities accordingly.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles through proactive sourcing and talent relationship management.
End-to-End Recruitment Management

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Work with hiring managers to define job descriptions, interview formats, and selection criteria.

Coordinate and conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and support hiring decisions with structured assessments and data-driven recommendations.

Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.
Sourcing and Employer Branding

Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and recruitment agencies.

Promote the organization’s employer brand by developing content and participating in job fairs, college drives, and online recruitment campaigns.

Manage and update career pages and social media platforms with engaging content to attract potential candidates.
Recruitment Operations and Analytics

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activity using applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.

Analyze recruitment data and market trends to suggest improvements and optimize hiring practices.
Team Leadership and Vendor Management

Lead and mentor the recruitment team, setting clear goals and KPIs.

Manage relationships with third-party recruitment agencies, freelancers, and consultants.

Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate service agreements and contracts as required.
Compliance and Policy

Ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.

Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives and promote fair and unbiased hiring practices.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information at all times.
