Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Report to the talent acquisition manager and take ownership of evolvement of an operational function within the talent-success (HR) team
2. Administer employee leaves-management & data management
3. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
4. Execute end-to-end process of employee onboarding & off-boarding
5. Actively coordinate with IT & accounts for laptop allocation & bank formalities during the onboarding process
6. Schedule training sessions & inductions in adherence to the L&Ds plans for respective departments
7. Ensure that all the employee-documentations & agreements have been digitally well-organized over the cloud storage
8. Manage escalations and proactively identify issues and resolve them
9. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, reimbursements, compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
10. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
11. Plan & organize both online and offline employee-engagement activities
