- Manage end-to-end new joining data handling for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations;
- Handling registration of new joined employees on various government portals such as EPF/ESI;
- Preparation and maintenance of compliance documentation i.e. Register of Wages/Muster Roll/Leave Registers/In and Out Registers/Other necessary documentation;
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to gather and verify payroll solution data;
- Generate payroll reports, address discrepancies, and provide timely resolution to payroll-related queries;
- Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making
