Job Description
· Responsible for end-to-end recruitment
· Screen potential candidates' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill SoftSign HR’s customer job vacancies
· Perform sourcing, screening and interview scheduling
· Schedule Interviews - Coordinate between TA team of customer & candidate
· Post job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
· Remove job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
· Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to find the best talent for SoftSign HR’s customer as per their requirement
Key Responsibilities
1. Job Posting and Advertising

Write, edit, and post job descriptions on job boards, career websites, social media platforms, and other channels.

Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job postings are aligned with the qualifications and skills required for the role.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, career fairs, networking events, and direct outreach to attract candidates.
2. Candidate Sourcing

Actively source candidates through different channels such as job portals, professional networks, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

Use creative strategies to attract passive candidates, including direct outreach and building relationships with talent pools.
3. Screening and Interviewing

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the company.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Assist in the preparation of interview questions tailored to the position.

Provide hiring managers with candidate profiles and interview feedback to facilitate decision-making.
4. Candidate Assessment and Selection

Administer pre-employment tests or skills assessments when necessary to evaluate candidates' technical or soft skills.

Assist in conducting reference checks and verifying background information as part of the hiring process.

Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, and recommend the best candidates to hiring managers.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
5. Job Offer and Onboarding

Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating salary, benefits, and other terms when required.

Coordinate with HR and relevant departments to ensure smooth onboarding, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and benefits enrollment.

Ensure new hires have a positive onboarding experience and are prepared for their first day at the company.
6. Candidate Experience

Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring they are informed and engaged.

Address any questions or concerns that candidates may have during the hiring process.

Provide feedback to candidates who were not selected in a professional and respectful manner.
7. Recruitment Reporting and Metrics

Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.

Prepare regular reports for HR management, highlighting recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.

Continuously monitor recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and reduce hiring time.
8. Compliance and Record Keeping

Ensure that all recruitment processes are compliant with labor laws, equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines, and company policies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR management software.

Ensure confidentiality of candidate information and sensitive recruitment data.
9. Employer Branding and Networking

Promote the company’s employer brand by participating in job fairs, networking events, and university recruitment drives.

Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiters, agencies, and institutions to expand the talent pool.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices to ensure the company’s recruitment process is competitive and effective.
