Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Facilitate the offer process by extending and negotiating job offers.
Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking systems.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR team on recruitment progress.
Participate in job fairs and career events to network and attract potential candidates.
Ensure a great candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
