Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of recruitment strategies, and experience using hiring platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Identify and source qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
2. Interview & Selection Process
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct HR interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Assist in the negotiation of salary and benefits with selected candidates.
3. Onboarding & Employee Engagement
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure proper documentation and background verification checks.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
4. Recruitment Strategy & Reporting
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports for management.
- Stay updated with latest hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
