Job Description

Designation: HR Recruiter

Experience: Min 1.5years

Work Location: Bangalore - Dubai

Working days: 6

Interview Mode: Google Meet - 2 Rounds

Facilities provided for Onsite: Visa Expenses, Travel Expenses, Accommodation, Food, Transportation

Responsibilities:
* The ideal candidate must have experience as an end-to-end for both IT and Non-IT.

* Should have good technical knowledge.

* Responsible for end-to-end hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing

* Candidates for assigned requisitions.

* Must have good experience in hiring Candidates.

* Should have experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.) and other open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates.

* Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

* Maintaining an internal database of candidates as per their skill sets.

* Excellent sourcing skills.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an HR recruiter.

* Proficiency in English.

* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

* Experience with sourcing techniques.

* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
