Job Location: - Lakshmisagar, BBSR

Working Hours: - 9.30 Minutes including Lunch break

Salary: - As per the current CTC & Experience/As per the Industry Standards

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and help us build a strong workforce. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a strong ability to identify top talent for various positions across the organization. Responsibilities:

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions & good convincing skills.
Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
Must have good Negotiation Skills, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
Managing and maintaining the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Handling candidate negotiations, offer letters, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest hiring trends and best practices.
