Job Description

Job Title : HR Recruiter

Location : Mumbai ( Malad )

Experience : 0 to 4 Years

Responsibilities:

- Source and attract top IT talent through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.)
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills and fit
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT role requirements
- Develop and maintain knowledge of IT industry trends and skills
- Meet recruitment targets and metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.)

Requirements:

- 0-4 years of experience in recruitment or a related field (non-IT background okay)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn IT industry concepts and terminology
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Nice to Have:

- Experience with social media recruitment tools and strategies
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices in recruitment
- Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g. SHRM, HRCI)
