We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and experience in hiring across various roles.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Good verbal & written communication in English
· Good Excel skills & Working Knowledge of MS Office
· Good arithmetical skills
· Multitasking ability
· Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications
· Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information & situations
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
· High Commitment to work
Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 year experience required
· Fresher’s can apply with good skills & qualification
· Minimum Graduate in any stream
· Additional qualification in Management Law etc. preferred
· Age 21 years to 30 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct screening calls, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Manage the offer negotiation and onboarding process.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best hiring practices.
