HR Recruiter (End to End Recruitment Process)

1. Interact with the corporate/ MNCs & plants across India

2. Sourcing / screening CVs from the job portals.

3. Conduct meetings with the clients/hiring managers via telephone/mail to understand talent needs/gaps and create a talent identification, assessment, and recruitment plan for specific open positions

4. Provide end to end support to the supervisor on Recruitment Analytics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Demonstrate adept multitasking and effective prioritization skills

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Experience with social media recruiting techniques.
