Job Description

 Design and update job descriptions to ensure they accurately represent the roles and attract the right candidates.
 Craft emails to attract passive candidates who may not be actively looking for a job.

 Source potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g., professional forums like Balance, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, etc.).
 Screen incoming resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.

 Conduct interviews via various mediums (e.g., in-person, phone, video conferencing).
 Prepare and distribute assignments for candidates, including language, logical reasoning, and numerical tests.

 Advertise jobs on career pages, job boards, and social media platforms.
 Provide qualified applicants to the company’s Hiring Managers for further review and interview.
 Send job offer emails, recruiting emails, and answer queries related to compensation and benefits.
 Monitor HR metrics, such as source of hire, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill.

 Host recruitment events and participate in job fairs to attract top talent.
 Collaborate with management to identify future staffing needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
 Provide guidance and consultancy to new recruits and assist with on boarding.
