Job Description

● A minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

● Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.

● Familiarity with Job Portals and resume databases.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Understand hiring needs and job requirements for different positions.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical/managerial interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

2. Job Posting & Employer Branding:

Write and post job descriptions on company websites, job portals, and social media.
Promote the employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Engage with potential candidates through networking events and online platforms.

3. Candidate Relationship Management:

Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Provide feedback to applicants and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

4. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:

Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Prepare reports on hiring progress, candidate pipeline, and recruitment effectiveness.
Suggest improvements to streamline recruitment processes.

5. Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and labor laws.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Handle offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.

6. Coordination with Departments:

Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs.
Assist in workforce planning and forecasting.
Provide guidance on best recruitment practices and industry trends.
