Job Overview

An HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet an organization’s staffing needs. The role involves identifying talent, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process while adhering to company policies and employment regulations.

Qualifications:
● A minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

● Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.

● Familiarity with Job Portals and resume databases.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:
● Experience with social media recruiting is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Screening

Identify and attract potential candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability.

2. Interviewing & Selection Process

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' competencies and cultural fit.
Assist in decision-making by providing insights and recommendations on candidates.

3. Job Posting & Employer Branding

Create and post job descriptions on various recruitment platforms.
Promote the company’s brand to attract top talent.
Engage in employer branding activities such as job fairs, networking events, and social media campaigns.

4. Coordination & Offer Management

Handle communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms of employment with selected candidates.
Prepare offer letters and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

5. Database Management & Reporting

Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and past applicants.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience.
Provide recruitment reports to HR managers and leadership teams.

6. Compliance & Policy Adherence

Ensure all hiring processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
Conduct background checks and verify employment documents.
Stay updated with recruitment trends and legal requirements.
