Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

Use various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to source and attract candidates.
Create and post job ads on various platforms.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Screening and Interviewing:

Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person).
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role and the company.

Offer and Onboarding:

Assist in preparing job offers and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
Manage the pre-employment background check process.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR recruitment or similar roles (experience with IT or technical recruiting is a plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals.
