Job Description
Job Summary:
An HR Recruiter is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization. The recruiter plays a vital role in identifying qualified talent, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a good understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to manage multiple open positions across departments or client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing:

Identify potential candidates through various sourcing channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, company database, and walk-ins.

Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Publish engaging and relevant job advertisements across online platforms.
2. Screening and Shortlisting:

Review resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates based on job descriptions.

Conduct telephonic or video pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and communication skills.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and preferences.
3. Interview Coordination:

Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.

Provide timely follow-ups to candidates and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process.

Gather feedback from interviewers and coordinate further interview rounds, if required.
4. Offer Management and Onboarding:

Discuss compensation details and negotiate salary expectations with selected candidates.

Prepare offer letters and ensure all necessary pre-joining formalities are completed.

Coordinate onboarding activities such as induction, documentation, and introduction to the team.
5. Database Management & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or Excel trackers.

Prepare regular reports on hiring status, source effectiveness, time-to-hire, and other recruitment metrics.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
6. Employer Branding & Campus Hiring:

Participate in employer branding activities including career fairs, campus drives, and online campaigns.

Assist in building long-term relationships with colleges, institutes, and training centers for bulk hiring or fresher talent.
