The work life of HR Recruiter would be:
● Candidates will be responsible for Third party recruitment.
● You will be responsible for Screening, Sourcing, shortlisting, Interviewing the
candidates
● Exclusive usage of portals like Shine.com, Naukri.com and other social
media postings on Facebook, LinkedIn and referral hirings.
● Optimum data utility for the sourced CVs.
● Must be able to work on MS Excel and good knowledge of MS office.
The applicant must know:
● Proven experience as a Recruiter
● Excellent knowledge and understanding of different job portals
● Sound communication and ability to to understand company requirements
● Immediate joiner to max 15 days is appreciated
● Industry experience minimum 1 years
