Job Description
- Developing recruitment strategies: Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create plans to meet the organization's goals
- Posting job openings: Advertising positions on the company's website, social media, job boards, and other platforms
- Finding candidates: Sourcing potential candidates from online channels, attending job fairs, and networking with industry contacts
- Screening candidates: Reviewing resumes and applications, and conducting interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role
- Providing shortlists: Providing hiring managers with lists of qualified candidates
- Making job offers: Sending job offer emails and answering questions about compensation and benefits
- Onboarding new hires: Acting as a consultant to new hires and helping them get started
- Tracking metrics: Monitoring key HR metrics, such as time-to-fill and time-to-hire
- Administrative duties: Handling record keeping, report writing, and data management
