Recruitment into Blue collar
Location : Pan India
Job Description:
* Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
* Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
* Greet interview candidates and answer basic questions about company information.
* Developing own network of suitable candidates.
* Drafting and posting job descriptions
* Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
* Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
* Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
* Assist in performance management processes.
Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate Engagement & Selection:
- Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and experience.
- Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
Collaboration & Process Management:
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding & Employer Branding:
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment campaigns.
