Job Overview:
The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure their qualifications match the job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
Manage candidate pipelines and keep candidates informed about their application status.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases.
Handle job offers and the negotiation process with candidates.
Collaborate with the HR team to manage onboarding and new hire paperwork.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
