• Recruitment and Selection process including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation, training programs, Attendance Management and support payroll.
• Coordinate employee events and activities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Assist in writing and updating job descriptions as needed
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers
• Manage the recruitment process via the applicant tracking system
• Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation and reports
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
