JOB Title: HR Recruiter
Profile Info:
Techvolt Software Pvt Ltd looking for HR Recruiter to part of our recruitment team to take care of both IT and NON-IT Recruitment for our branch located in Coimbatore.
Number vacancies: 2
Eligibility criteria: MBA or Any post graduation
Skills requirements:
· Strong oral and written communication
· Depth knowledge on various job portals like (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Shine, etc.)
· Having experience on End-to-End Recruitment process
Experience : 0-2
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Manage to end-to-end recruitment process.(Short listing-Screening-Interview-Selection-Onboarding of new hires)
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
· Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Salary: As per company norms
Interview process:
· Written Test
· F2F HR Round
