Position: HR recruiter

Location: Vikhroli

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and engage top talent for various roles within the company.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to interview scheduling.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details and status.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.

• Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Min 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including [Shine, Naukri, work-India etc.].

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• HSC or graduation is must.
