Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various platforms such as job boards, social media, and resume databases.
Job Posting: Draft and post job openings on relevant job portals and company websites.
Screening Resumes: Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
Initial Candidate Communication: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' suitability for the role and explain job details.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
Candidate Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details, interview feedback, and status.
Support in Recruitment Events: Assist in organizing job fairs, campus drives, or recruitment events, if applicable.
Offer Letters & Documentation: Assist in drafting offer letters and employment documentation for successful candidates.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand recruitment trends, compensation packages, and competitor analysis.
HR Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining recruitment records, preparing reports, and handling other HR-related duties.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with candidates, colleagues, and hiring managers in a professional and friendly manner.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges quickly and effectively, maintaining a proactive attitude.
