- Develop and implement an effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source, screen, and shortlist the candidates for various roles
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and preferences
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and candidate data
Requirements:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in HR software, such as ATS, and Microsoft Office
