About the Role:
As an HR Recruiter specializing in bulk hiring, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and selecting a large volume of candidates for various positions within our organization. Your ability to efficiently execute recruitment processes, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience will be crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities:

Bulk Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a large pool of qualified candidates for bulk hiring initiatives.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the roles.

Assessment and Selection:
- Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments, including aptitude tests and personality assessments.
- Coordinate and participate in group interviews or panel interviews to assess candidates' communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct reference checks to verify candidate information and credentials.
- Make recommendations for hiring based on assessment results and interviews.

Candidate Experience:
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation.

Onboarding:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Provide necessary information and support to new hires during their initial period of employment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
