HR Specialist - Recruitment, Employee Management, and Payroll
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Specialist to join our team. This multifaceted role encompasses recruitment, employee management, and payroll, providing a comprehensive HR service to support our growing organization.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
Employee Management:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and develop programs to enhance workplace culture.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies.
Payroll:
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee salaries.
- Manage payroll records, including deductions, tax filings, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months - 1 year of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee management, and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
