Job Description

As we continue to grow our team, we are looking to recruit talented and ambitious individuals who are eager to kick-start their careers in sales within the dynamic environment of the event industry. Below are the details of the position.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee to support our HR team in employee engagement, operational HR processes, and hiring. This role provides hands-on experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Engagement:

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
Gather employee feedback and suggest improvements to enhance workplace culture.
Support communication and awareness programs related to HR policies and initiatives.

2. HR Operations & Employee Formalities:

Handle onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation, orientation sessions, and exit interviews.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Assist in payroll coordination by ensuring accurate attendance and leave records.
Support HR policies implementation and compliance tracking.

3. Talent Acquisition:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Conduct reference checks and support offer letter preparation.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (preferred).
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
