Job Description

Give proper training to candidate. Clear any doubt the candidate has. Provide placement assistance to the candidate .Update the topics with the candidate while training Revise the topics in class. Conduct a mock test in class to check the candidate knowledge and skill. Explain the scope of the course.

1. Training & Development

Provide comprehensive training to candidates on HR topics.
Update and revise training materials as per industry trends.
Conduct mock tests and assessments to evaluate candidate understanding.

2. Candidate Support & Mentorship

Resolve doubts and queries related to HR concepts.
Explain the scope and career opportunities related to the course.
Offer one-on-one guidance to help candidates improve their skills.

3. Placement Assistance

Provide job market insights and career advice to candidates.
Assist with resume building and interview preparation.
Coordinate with recruiters to help place trained candidates.

4. Performance Evaluation

Track candidates’ progress and learning curve.
Provide feedback and improvement strategies.
Ensure candidates understand core HR functions before course completion.
