Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the hub

Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations

Implement and monitor strategic initiatives to improve efficiency

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Handle resource allocation and workflow management

Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics

Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions

Train, mentor, and motivate the hub team

Report operational performance to senior management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field

Proven experience in a managerial role within operations or logistics

Strong leadership and organizational abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
