Job Overview
We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to handle onboarding, offboarding, payroll management, and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of HR processes to ensure smooth workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including document verification, induction, and orientation.
- Facilitate exit formalities and clearance procedures for resigning employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
2. Payroll & Compliance Management
- Assist in processing payroll and ensuring timely salary disbursement.
- Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Handle provident fund (PF), tax deductions (TDS), and statutory payments.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain compliance reports and ensure HR activities align with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare duty rotation schedules to optimize workforce productivity.
- Assist in handling grievances and employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
4. HR Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare monthly compliance reports on attendance, leaves, and payroll processing.
- Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Support internal and external HR audits by maintaining accurate documentation.
