Hiring: Recruit, interview, and place new employees Benefits: Administer benefits, compensation, and leave
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and national regulations, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act and Family and Medical Leave Act
Employee relations: Foster positive relationships with employees, vendors, and stakeholders
Training: Review, track, and document training, including safety training, anti-harassment training, and professional licensure Performance management: Assist with performance evaluations and employee recognition programs Policy development: Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Organization: Organize employment records, run orientation training, and process company paperwork
Reporting: Generate reports for company requirements, such as HR metrics, queries, and turnover and absenteeism rates
