Job Description

As a Human Resource Intern, you will support various HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in HR operations, working closely with the HR team to maintain a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.

Support daily HR needs and administrative tasks.

Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.

Assist in performance management processes.

Participate in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proactive and eager to learn.
