Internship Overview:

We are offering an exciting internship opportunity in Human Resources. This unpaid internship will provide you with hands-on experience and the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support HR team in day-to-day operations including onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance-related tasks.
Maintain HR records, ensuring all employee data is up-to-date and organized.
Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Help with organizing training sessions and events for employees.
Participate in HR meetings, taking minutes and providing follow-up reports.
Assist in employee communication and other HR activities.

Qualifications:

Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
