Job Description
1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
2. End to end Recruitment
3. Hands-on experience with sourcing /screening
4. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
5. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency /consultancy recruiter)
6. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking System & Candidate Management System.
7 salary processing, attendance management, and other activities, Identifying Training needs
8 Maintaining Individual Training Calendar for team members.
9 Preparing Training documentation and Monitoring Training Effectiveness.
10 Create and update Work manuals for all departments taking information from the department heads.
