Job Description
1. Managing the flow of candidates through the recruitment process
2. Screening the CVs as per our criteria and scheduling interviews through telephone calls
3. Coordinating the written tests and checking relevant applications of candidates
4. Managing onsite logistics during interviews and ensuring a seamless overall experience for both the candidate and the interviewers
5. Responding quickly and effectively to urgent tasks, which you will constantly need to prioritize

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 17th Feb'21 and 24th Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. are from Bangalore
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Should have a graduation or a post-graduation
2. Should have good communication skills with the ability to speak clearly over the phone
3. Should possess fluency in English and Hindi or Kannada
4. Should have proficiency in MS Excel (to maintain clean reports and trackers) and MS Office
5. Should be open to taking up any other supporting work in the team (documentation, scanning, etc.) if needed
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
