Job Description
1. Screening resumes
2. Conducting in-person and phone interviews with candidates
3. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
4. Following up on the interview process status
5. Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
6. Completing timely reports on employment activity

1. Area of expertise: Problem-solving, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs
2. Behavioral competencies: Good communication skills, pleasing personality, team player, time management, adaptability, detail-oriented, & self-starter
3. Educational competency: Any undergraduate/graduation/post-graduation (B.Tech) & MBA/PGDM - HR will be preferred
