Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing interview questions.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome packets and coordinating orientation sessions.
3. Help maintain employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as planning events and managing internal communications.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
7. Assist with employee relations matters, such as gathering feedback and addressing concerns.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in a career in human resources.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
5. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software systems.
7. The candidate must be from Mumbai.
