Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Serving clients by identifying their needs and providing feedback on the successful filling of jobs
2. Comprehend/n job specifications and record accurate job descriptions ensuring client requirements are in line with key processes and legislation
3. Searching and shortlisting CVs in line with the job order request while safeguarding specific standards reflective of client requests
4. Keeping in regular contact to review the progress and performance
5. Pre-screening the candidates for their suitability and scheduling interviews
6. Collaborating with hiring managers for identifying the staffing needs and developing recruiting strategies
7. Posting job descriptions on job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant sites
8. Scheduling and conducting initial call screening to assess candi dates'qualifications and fit
9. Managing the interview process from start to finish, including feedback to candidates and hiring manager
10. Managing the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience
11. Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and industry networks to ensure a strong talent pipeline
12. Assisting the manager in on boarding, employee engagement, appraisal process and other HR related duties
