Job Description
About the internship
1. Work on advertising job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and source potential candidates from online channels
2. Work on sourcing the candidates through various portals and coordinating the interviews with the hiring managers
3. Work on updating the employee database on our portal
4. Gather information on attendance and leave data as and when required
5. Perform other work assigned by the HR Team to support other teams
6. Use theoretical knowledge to bring a fresh perspective to the various day-to-day activities
7. Coordinate and support HR for employee engagement activities as per the Arpan Calendar
8. Create the employee file, maintain the database, and update the HR dashboards
9. Assist with onboarding new hires and employee relations
10. Prepare reports and presentations
11. Maintain filing systems and databases
12. Provide excellent customer service to internal employees
13. Support HR initiatives and special projects
