Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on talent acquisition for sourcing, screening, interviewing & shortlisting
2. Screen resumes and application forms
3. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
4. Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
5. Coordinate and conduct telephonic/virtual/face-to-face interviews at various levels
