Human Resources (HR) Jobs Opening in Essentially AI Private Limited at Mumbai
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on recruiting new employees as and when required
2. Prepare the monthly payrolls
3. Draft and execute employment/ contractual agreements with employees, interns, and consultants
4. Develop team-building activities in the firm and celebrate staff achievements
5. Carry out communication with vendors, clientele, and any outstanding follow-up
6. Facilitate the administration of the firm and company
Requirements:
1. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word)
2. Experience working as an HR intern or on HR-based projects
3. Knowledge about the stock market, documentation, and product management
4. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field/ any graduate
2. Candidates appearing in their final year of education are welcome to apply, who are willing to join us on a full-time basis after the internship period, with due consideration to your performance and mutual understanding
