About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on team expansion, end-to-end recruitment, and tie-ups with colleges
2. Collaborating with seniors and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs
3. Preparing job descriptions
4. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels such as LinkedIn, Internshala, Indeed, Angel, etc.
5. Working on shortlisting the candidates, screening, scheduling, and interviewing the candidates
6. Following up with the selected candidates, salary negotiation, building good connections with them, and ensuring the smooth onboarding process
