Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Organize employee engagement activities.
2. Work on employer branding through Glassdoor and LinkedIn.
3. Coordinate for LinkedIn posts and get them posted by the social media team and internal branding processes.
4. Create an employee engagement calendar for various activities.
5. Manage announcements on Keka (Ketto's HRMS)
6. Maintain required data and share with the management as required
7. Demonstrate empathy to the colleague's situation and speak in a manner/tone the colleague can understand and relate to.
8. Come up with and help organize employee engagement and cultural programs and initiatives.
9. Make different types of reports (attendance, retention and attrition report) .
